KSOTech processes data required for the service, including account identity, email, membership status, CAM activity, uploaded DXF files and generated G-code.

Data is used to operate accounts, verify CAM access, maintain security and provide support. CAM artifacts are retained for 365 days by default. A deletion request closes the account immediately and permanently removes associated data after a 30-day recovery period.

You may request access, correction or deletion through our contact channel. Production files are available only to authorized administrators and every access is audited.

The name/company, email, phone and message in your early access request are sent through Brevo to the KSOTech mailbox and managed in Gmail to review your request and contact you. The form does not create an account or store the request content in the site database. Temporary submission counters use a keyed hash rather than the IP address itself.
